Scheduling for additional classroom space open on 26Live

Priority scheduling for faculty requesting additional classroom space for fall 2026 runs June 1-8. While requests are processed throughout the term, space may be limited after June 8. Changes to current classroom assignments must continue to go through the department.

Reservations can now be made through 26Live for breakout rooms, review sessions, additional space for exams given throughout the term, special speakers or other classroom needs related to a class. When making a reservation associated with a class, use the class code in the title (e.g. ARTS 1001 101 Review Session).

Colleges, schools and departments may also move forward with reserving space for meetings and other departmental needs. Please note that priority is given to requests directly related to academic classes. When setting up a reservation, be sure to consider prior and post room use and allow 10 minutes for transition time between room use.
