On March 4, during a working visit to Larnaca, Ambassador Inna Torgomyan met with the Mayor of Larnaca Andreas Vyras.
The sides discussed prospects for developing Armenia-Cyprus cooperation, highlighting the importance of enhancing links between Larnaca and cities of Armenia. The interlocutors also emphasized the importance of direct flights from Larnaca to Yerevan and Gyumri for promoting tourism, business contacts, and people-to-people exchanges.
During the meeting, the Ambassador congratulated the Mayor on Larnaca's designation as the European Capital of Culture for 2030.
Within the framework of the visit, Ambassador Torgomyan also visited the Narek Armenian School of Larnaca and Saint Stepanos Armenian Church.
