In his conversation with host and PR veteran Art Stevens, Seth emphasized the critical value of PR professionals in today's corporate landscape. "I think a good PR person can fall into the category of being as valued as legal counsel, and even life coaches and corporate psychologists," he said.
Stevens noted Seth's "rich history as a leader in the field" with a "unique perspective shaped by his early career as a Capitol Hill journalist for NBC affiliates and his appearances on major media outlets such as Bloomberg Radio and CNBC. His journalism roots, combined with his PR expertise, offer invaluable insights into navigating today's rapidly evolving communications landscape."
"There are many companies out there that need senior-level guidance," Seth explained. "There's so much transition going on in the business world-executive transitions, a potential M&A surge this year and a more business-friendly regulatory environment. Companies need senior-level talent that know how to execute public relations and communications programs, without a doubt."
Reflecting on his management philosophy, Seth said "If I had to boil down my management philosophy, it's do good work, be kind, be empathetic, and try to constantly put yourself in other people's shoes. If you do that, you can get a lot right."
Seth also touched on his vision for his agency's future: "We have a really great agency. We want to continue to maintain our culture while also advancing as client needs become more complex."
