Charter and rental vehicle rates and policies - Effective July 1

New charter vehicle and rental vehicle rates and policies will go into effect on July 1, 2025.

Charter Rates

• $80 per hour (includes the driver and shuttle)
  
• Driver hotel, driver per diem, shuttle parking and toll invoices are additional costs.
  

GCSU Parking and Transportation Vehicle Rental

• 14-passenger mini shuttles - $200 per day rate, plus fuel
  
• Golf cart $40 per day
  
• The driver is responsible for cleaning and fueling the GCSU vehicle after each use. A minimum fee of $50 will be added if cleaning and fueling are not completed when the shuttle is returned.
  

Enterprise Vehicle Rental

• All employees seeking sedan rentals for GCSU business will utilize the local Enterprise (2485 North Columbia St./478-454-6520).
  
• Drivers must provide a 72-hour notice of rental.
  
• Additional details, including the GCSU account number and billing number, can be accessed using Travel & Purchasing Resources on my.gcsu.edu.
