GPA Midstream adds Menzler to federal advocacy team

GPA Midstream and GPSA welcome Tyler Menzler to its Federal Affairs team in Washington, D.C.

Menzler brings more than a decade of experience in government, public policy, and advocacy, having advised lawmakers, industry leaders, and organizations on legislative strategy, regulatory affairs, and coalition building. His career includes serving as a congressional chief of staff, work at the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), and key legislative affairs roles focused on federal policy, energy, transportation, economic development, and stakeholder engagement.

His background in building coalitions and advancing policy priorities will support GPA Midstream's mission of advocating for a strong and competitive midstream industry. Menzler earned an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business and a bachelor's degree in political science from Wheeling Jesuit University. He resides in Southern Maryland with his wife and their two Australian Shepherds.

Menzler joins GPA Midstream at a critical time for the industry as Congress and regulators consider and enact policies affecting energy infrastructure, permitting reform, pipeline safety requirements, and environmental regulations. His experience navigating complex legislative and regulatory issues will strengthen GPA Midstream's advocacy efforts on behalf of members.
