Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 1, 2024, John Shulman, who served as a member of the board of directors (the "Board") of Petros Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the "Company"), tendered his resignation from his role as director of the Company, effective as of October 1, 2024. Mr. Shulman's resignation from the Board was not in connection with any disagreement between Mr. Shulman and the Company, its management, the Board or any committee of the Board on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices, or any other matter.

On October 2, 2024, Greg Bradley, who served as a member of the Board tendered his resignation from his role as director of the Company, effective as of October 2, 2024. Mr. Bradley's resignation from the Board was not in connection with any disagreement between Mr. Bradley and the Company, its management, the Board or any committee of the Board on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices, or any other matter.
