Contracts for June 22, 2026

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Integrated Procurement Technologies,* Vandalia, Ohio, has been awarded a maximum $860,700,000 firm-fixed-price, price-redetermination, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for engine fuel tanks. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. The performance completion date is June 22, 2031. Using military service is Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 through fiscal 2031 Army working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support, Warren, Michigan (SPRDL1-26-D-0026).

Moog Military Aircraft LLC, Elma, New York, has been awarded a maximum $17,284,178 firm-fixed-price delivery order (SPRTA1-26-F-0215) issued against a five-year basic ordering agreement (SPE4A1-22-G-0008) for F-16 hydraulic drive units. This was a competitive acquisition with one response received. This is a contract with no option periods. The performance completion date is Aug. 1, 2029. Using military service is Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.

ARMY

KBR Wyle Services LLC, Lexington Park, Maryland, was awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide systems engineering and technical assistance services including digital transformation, program management, engineering, software, cybersecurity, and logistics support for multiple air and ground-launched weapon systems. The amount of this action is $35,976,057, with a total cumulative face value of $207,915,330. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 21, 2031. Fiscal 2025 and 2026 missile procurement, Army funds in the amount of $6,252,158; fiscal 2025 Foreign Military Sales (administrative) funds in the amount of $750,000; and fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $1,307,459, were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-26-F-0112).

NAVY

The Boeing Co., Seattle, Washington, is awarded a $121,195,041 cost-plus-fixed-fee order (N0001926F1095) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001926G1002). This order is for the procurement of a total of nine retrofit A-kits (six for Navy P-8A aircraft and three for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) P-8A aircraft) with Increment Three Block Two (I3B2) Engineering Change Proposal Six capabilities, three installations of I3B2 retrofit A-kits and government furnished B-kits onto Navy P-8A aircraft, and non-recurring engineering to address P-8A I3B2 related diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages. Work will be performed in Jacksonville, Florida (80%); St. Louis, Missouri (11%); and Mesa, Arizona (9%), and is expected to be completed in May 2029. Fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $92,809,039; fiscal 2024 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount $8,272,791; and RAAF funds in the amount of $20,113,211, of will be obligated at the time of award, $8,272,791 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract action was not competed. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Space, Littleton, Colorado, is awarded a cost-plus-incentive-fee contract modification (P00093) with a value of $83,180,528 (N00030-22-C-1025). The effort will be for the procurement of additional All Up Rounds, satisfying Army requirements, under the Navy's Conventional Prompt Strike program. Work will be performed in Denver, Colorado (31%); Magna, Utah (26%); Cortland, Alabama (14%); Simsbury, Connecticut (10%); East Aurora, New York (7%); Owego, New York (7%), Sunnyvale, California (2%); and various other locations (less than 1% each, totaling 3%). Work is expected to be completed on 30 Jun. 2029. Fiscal 2025 Missile Procurement, Army Reconciliation Munitions funds in the amount of $79,251,957 will be obligated at award. No funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was awarded as a sole source acquisition pursuant to 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1) and was previously synopsized on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) online portal. Schuyler Line Navigation Co. LLC, West Palm Beach, Florida, is awarded an $37,140,000 firm-fixed-price contract with pass-through elements (N3220526C1245) for a 180-day time charter of four U.S. flag, roll-on/roll-off bow ramp equipped "landing craft like" vessels per offer capable of transporting a minimum capacity of 2,100 square feet per each individual vessel and no less than 12,600 square feet combined capacity. This contract includes a base period with one 180-day option, which if exercised, would increase the cumulative value of this contract to $60,180,000. Work will be performed in Naha, Japan beginning July 30, 2026, and expected to be completed, if the option is exercised, by July 24, 2027. Reimbursable funds (Navy) in the amount of $37,140,000 are obligated for fiscal 2026 and will expire at the end of the fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with proposals solicited via the Government Point of Entry website and nine proposals were received. Military Sealift Command, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

General Dynamics Mission Systems, Manassas, Virginia, is awarded a $23,759,208 cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost only modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-24-C-6230) to exercise options for engineering and technical support including software development, hardware, and software integration to Navy Submarines. Work will be performed in Manassas, Virginia (65%); Middletown, Rhode Island (25%); and San Diego, California (10%), and is expected to be completed by June 2027. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $3,978,097 (83%); fiscal 2022 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $310,000 (6%); fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $249,620 (5%); fiscal 2025 National Sea-Based Deterrence Fund funds in the amount of $185,000 (4%); fiscal 2024 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $50,000 (1%); and fiscal 2025 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $9,000 (1%), will be obligated at time of award, of which funds in the amount of $249,620 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Fire Creek Services Co., Winnebago, Nebraska, has been awarded a maximum value $15,288,959 definitive contract for operational test and training infrastructure capability as a service collaborative environment and test/training product delivery. This contract provides for development of enterprise architectures, interfaces, and connectivity for inclusion into Space Systems Command by providing expanded access capabilities.  Work will be performed at Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by June 21, 2031. This contract was a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 funds in the amount of $1,500,000 are being obligated at time of award. The Space Systems Command, Colorado Springs, Colorado, is the contracting activity (FA255326CB007).
