On April 28, 2025, Pluri Inc. (the "Company") completed its previously announced acquisition of approximately 71% of the equity in Kokomodo Ltd. ("Kokomodo"), for $4.5 million payable in 976,139 of the Company's Common Shares, as described in more detail in the Company's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on March 13, 2025. Kokomodo will continue to operate as an independent company and a majority owned subsidiary of the Company.
