Your Projects pipeline can now match the way your business works.
Add new stages, rename existing ones, drag to reorder, or remove stages you no longer need. Each stage shows its current project count, making it easier to adjust your workflow with confidence. If a stage contains projects, choose where to move them before deleting it, so nothing gets lost.

Go to Projects and select Customize pipeline stages.
