Amendments to Bylaws (Form 8-K)
Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On December 31, 2024, the Board of Directors of THC Farmaceuticals, Inc. (the "Company") approved a change in the Company's fiscal year end from September 30 to December 31.
The Board approved this change to better align the Company's reporting cycle with the calendar year and to improve comparability of the Company's financial reporting period and planning cycle.
Following this change, the Company's fiscal year will end on December 31. The Company will file any required transition reporting for the short period created by this change in fiscal year end.
No amendment to the Company's Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws was required in connection with this change in fiscal year.
