ATF Contributes $5,000 to Reward with Rochester PD for Arson Resulting in Serious Injury of Child

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is contributing $5000.00 toward a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individuals responsible for starting the fire at 1290 Portland Ave. on Monday, July 29, at 2:00 am that resulted in the serious injury of 5-year-old Malakai Stovall. It is paramount that members of the Rochester Community assist Law Enforcement in bringing this investigation to a successful conclusion.

ATF New York Field Division and CrimeStoppers are offering a reward.
