A Look at 2026 NFL Kickoff Weekend Rosters

NEW YORK - Sept. 17, 2026 - A look at 2026 NFL Kickoff Weekend Rosters, including most represented colleges, quarterback information, a team-by-team player dimensions breakdown and the height, weight and age averages among Week 1 rosters.

Buckeyes Lead The Way: Ohio State led all colleges with 56 players on active NFL Kickoff Weekend rosters. Alabama, second with 55 players in 2026, had placed the most or tied for the most players on season-opening rosters in each of the previous nine seasons (2017-25). Georgia (52 players), LSU (44) and Notre Dame (40) rounded out the top five.

A total of 204 colleges were represented on Kickoff Weekend active rosters. The colleges with the most NFL players:
