FARMINGTON, N.M., Nov. 6, 2025 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a net-leased Dick's Sporting Goods property in Farmington, New Mexico, for $8,775,038.
"The property's high-traffic location, strong surrounding retail presence and recent lease renewal made it a standout opportunity," said Mark Ruble, executive managing director. "Its proximity to national brands and the tenant's ongoing commitment created a compelling investment profile."
Ruble, Chris Lind and Zack House, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Phoenix office, in association with Ryan Sarbinoff, Marcus & Millichap's New Mexico broker of record, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an Arizona limited liability company, and procured the buyer, a Delaware limited liability company.
Built in 2015, the 45,358-square-foot property is located at 5050 E. Main St. along Farmington's primary commercial corridor. Dick's Sporting Goods recently renewed its lease for an additional five years. The 6.5-acre site is surrounded by national retailers including Target, Walmart, Sam's Club and Lowe's, and is less than a mile from Animas Valley Mall.
