On July 5, Chinese Consul General in Penang Zhou Youbin attended the Opening Ceremony of "Inheritance and Innovation of Traditional Arts in Contemporary Times" Malaysia-China Cultural and Art Exchange Activities. Also present were more than 100 people including Deputy Chairman of Han Chiang Board of Directors Dato Seri' Hong Yeam Wah, Chair of Board of Governors of Han Chiang University College of Communication Dato' Teoh Teik Jin, Honorary Chairman of China Hard-Pen Calligraphy Association Mr. Zhang Huaqing, Professor of Leshan Normal University Ms. Xiong Huohua, local people, teachers and students of the college.
