David has over 20 years of public finance experience, primarily serving as Bond Counsel on a wide range of financings, including representing municipalities, affordable housing authorities, and special districts in general obligation bond financings, bond anticipation notes, tax and revenue anticipation notes, and other public finance transactions. He has also served as transaction counsel to industrial development agencies, private developers, and not-for-profit entities, including in affordable housing and public-private partnership projects. Mr. Rothman earned his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Union College. Mr. Rothman has contributed to several published NABL reports and projects and serves on The Florida Bar's Governmental and Public Policy Advocacy Committee.
