Public invited to comment on 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER)

Notice is hereby given that the City of Colorado Springs Housing and Homelessness Response Department is seeking public comment on the 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) prior to submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The report details the City's 2025 activities and performance funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds and other resources for housing and community development covering the program year of April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.

The draft 2025 CAPER will be available for public review June 2- June 16, 2026 online by visiting the Housing and Homelessness Response Department's Annual Reports webpage. Physical copies of the draft CAPER will be available at the Office of the City Clerk, 30 S. Nevada Ave., Suite 101, Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Any individual, group, or agency may submit comments on the 2025 CAPER to the City of Colorado Springs Housing and Homelessness Response Department in writing or by phone to 30 S. Nevada, Suite 701, Colorado Springs, CO, 80903 or via email at [email protected]. Any individual, group, or agency may also provide comments by calling the Department at (719) 385-5912. All comments received on or before June 16, 2026 will be considered by the Department. Comments should specify they are addressing the 2025 CAPER.
