The OSCE Secretary General's Annual Report gives an overview of the Organization's activities and its co-operation with partner states and other organizations.

The 2024 Annual Report of the OSCE Secretary General provides an overview of the activities of the OSCE's field operations, institutions, Secretariat units and Parliamentary Assembly, as well as the 2024 Maltese Chairpersonship and the Organization's work with the Asian and Mediterranean Partners for Co-operation and international and regional organizations.
