GREEN BAY, Wis. (October 9, 2025) - Schneider's 90 years of success is built on a responsible company culture that fuels innovation, improves strategic thinking and develops tomorrow's leaders. This long-standing culture of excellence and teamwork is cultivated by transformative leaders like Vice President of Human Resources Mary Burich, who is known for growing and enabling strong teams that deliver outstanding results for Schneider's business and customers.

Mary was recently named a recipient of the 2025 Women in Supply Chain Award, presented by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive. This prestigious industry award honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples set a foundation for women at all levels of a company's supply chain network.

Honored in the Workforce Innovator category, Mary's accomplishments in building Schneider's talent pipeline and driving workforce development made her stand out. She leads several high-impact initiatives, including Schneider's High Potential Development Programs and a reimagined change management approach that empowers leaders to guide their teams through transformation.

Mary reflected on the award and her work: "Being recognized with the Women in Supply Chain Award is a true honor, and a testament to the incredible work happening across our company. When we empower individuals to grow, we build a resilient workforce that's ready to meet the evolving needs of our customers and the supply chain. It is progress, not perfection that allows us to continue to accomplish great results for our associates, business and customers."

Mary will be featured alongside other honorees at the Women in Supply Chain Forum in November.
