HR leader Mary Burich recognized with 2025 Women in Supply Chain Award

Mary was recently named a recipient of the 2025 Women in Supply Chain Award, presented by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive. This prestigious industry award honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples set a foundation for women at all levels of a company's supply chain network.

Honored in the Workforce Innovator category, Mary's accomplishments in building Schneider's talent pipeline and driving workforce development made her stand out. She leads several high-impact initiatives, including Schneider's High Potential Development Programs and a reimagined change management approach that empowers leaders to guide their teams through transformation.
