Mill & Overlay on 7th Street

7th St. will undergo a mill & overlay from Church St. to Ash St., starting on Monday, October 28, and running through Friday, November 1. While one lane will generally remain open for traffic, we recommend avoiding 7th St. if possible to minimize delays.
