Lane closure on NB I-49 for overnight pavement repair work in Jackson County, June 5-6

JACKSON COUNTY - The Missouri Department of Transportation will conduct a single lane closure on NB I-49 at mm 171 about 1.5 miles south of N Cass Pkway for overnight pavement repair work beginning on approx. Friday, June 5 at 7 p.m. until Saturday, June 6 at 6 a.m. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
