The City of Philadelphia Streets Department Announces Temporary Lincoln Drive Closure
PHILADELPHIA - The Streets Department announces Lincoln Drive between Wissahickon Avenue and Ridge Avenue will be closed Saturday, April 4, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This closure will allow City crews to safely conduct maintenance work alongside volunteers with the Friends of the Wissahickon Lincoln Drive Clean-Up event. This closure is scheduled for weekend hours to expedite repairs, minimize disruption to motorists, and provide a safe work environment.
The Streets Department asks everyone to help keep work zones safe by slowing down, paying closer attention, and following all detours and directions when traveling near roadwork.
