Willkie advised Datasite, a global SaaS provider of AI-powered solutions for M&A, investment and strategic projects, and portfolio company of CapVest Partners LLP, on its acquisition of Blueflame AI, which provides agentic Al solutions for investment and financial services.
Datasite provides AI-powered workflow collaboration and automation solutions for M&A, investment and strategic projects. CapVest Partners is a leading international private equity investor headquartered in London.
Blueflame offers an Al-native, purpose-built LLM-agnostic agentic platform with comprehensive enterprise search, intelligent document processing, and automation for dealmakers and investment managers.
Willkie previously advised on Datasite's recent acquisition of Grata, and Datasite's recapitalization in 2024, which valued the company in excess of $3 billion.
