Public Notice Review of Request to Amend WDEQ Industrial Siting Permit for the Goshen Solar Project; DEQ/ISC 22-09Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on June 2, 2025 from Goshen Solar, LLC (Permittee) regarding the Goshen Solar Project in Goshen County. The Permittee is requesting a change to the expected construction start date of the captioned project. Pursuant to Condition #11 of their permit, the Administrator is providing public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 22-09. It is the Director's intention to authorize the change on or after July 9, 2025.
