Applications Now Open for the Citizen Police Academy
The 12-week training session take place 6:30-9:30 p.m. on Thursdays, March 13-May 29, 2025. We request participants make every effort to attend all classes to get the most from this program. If an absence is anticipated, please inform the officers leading the class as soon as possible. For the optimal learning experience and safety, the class size is limited to 25 participants.
Requirements
To be considered for participation in the SCCPD Citizen Police Academy, you must satisfy the following mandatory requirements:
• Be at least 18 years of age and a resident of St. Charles County
• Possess a valid Missouri driver's license
• Complete and pass a background check
