Update to safety-netting discharge leaflets for adults and children (WHC/2026/027)

Future safety-netting leaflets and other resources developed from the original materials should acknowledge the contribution of Corrine Cope, in memory of her son Dylan. The 'Spotting sepsis in children, awareness leaflet ' (WHC/2024/045) has also been updated following recent advice from the UK Sepsis Trust.' Resources should also include a link to the UK Sepsis Trust sepsis screening tool.
