Portland, OR (April 1, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, will soon begin building more than 100 single-family homes in the new Vancouver, WA, master-planned community of Harmony Heights. The builder is set to begin construction on a new model home and is expected to open for sales in summer 2025.

Buyers will be able to select from six floor plans that range from approximately 1,500 to 2,500 square feet of living space. The homes will include three to four bedrooms, two to three full baths, one half bath and two-car garages.

Located between Harmony Sports Complex and Pacific Community Park, Harmony Heights will feature a community park and play structure. Residents will also have convenient access to I-205, SR 14, Portland International Airport and outdoor recreation at Lacamas Park. Students within the community will attend Evergreen Public Schools.
