Crows Landing at Zeff Development

Project Status

Crows Landing Road closure expected to be completed by Friday, July 10th, 2026.

• Please be advised that, due to planned construction activities at the intersection of Crows Landing Road and Zeff Road,
  Southbound Crows Landing Road will be closed to through traffic.
• The State Route 99 southbound off-ramp will remain open, and highway traffic will continue to be allowed southbound on Crows Landing Road.

Motorists are advised to use alternate routes, expect delays, and follow posted detour signs. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this work.

9th Street Corridor Improvements

Project Status

Expected to be completed by February 2027.

Traffic Impacts

Lane closure, expect delays between 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

• 9th Street from North Carpenter Road to L Street

Motorists are advised to drive slowly with caution and use alternate routes when possible.

Virginia Corridor at Standiford Avenue

Project Status-Upcoming

Expected closure on Friday, July 17th, 2026, at 3:00 a.m. to Saturday, July 18th, 2026, at 1:00 a.m.

Traffic Impacts

• Standiford Avenue will be closed to through traffic near 801 Standiford Avenue at Virginia Corridor

Motorists are advised to drive slowly with caution and use alternate routes when possible.

Coffee Road Pavement Rehabilitation Phase 2

Project Status

Expected to be completed by December 2026.

Traffic Impacts

Expect lane closures, lane shifts, flaggers, road closures, and detours.

• on Coffee Road working north and southbound between Norwegian Avenue and Scenic Drive.
• Coffee Road No. 01 lanes in the north & southbound direction will be closed at the intersection of Multnomah Drive. Through nights and weekend.
• Coffee Road No. 01 lanes in the north & southbound direction will be closed at intersection of East Morris Avenue. Through nights and weekend.

Motorists are advised to drive slowly with caution and use alternate routes when possible.

Intersection of Carpenter Road and Hatch Road

Project Status

Night work starting Monday, July 6th, through Thursday, July 9th, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. traffic control will be in place.

• Intersection of South Carpenter Road and West Hatch Road

Motorists are advised to use alternate routes, expect delays, and follow posted detour signs.

Martin Subdivision

Project Status

Monday, July 6th and Tuesday, July 7th, 2026

• Traffic on Oakdale Road will be shifted to temporary one-way travel paths, with one lane maintained in each direction (northbound and southbound).
• Traffic control will be in place on Oakdale Road between Sylvan Avenue and Claratina Avenue.
• Access to all businesses, residences, side streets, and driveways will be maintained throughout the work.

Woodland Lift Station

Project Status

Expected to be completed by the end of August 2026.

Traffic Impacts

Periodic traffic control with lane shift and closures.

• on the corner of Woodland Avenue and Poust Road

North County Corridor

Traffic Impacts

Detours will be in place.

• Roselle Avenue will be closed between Claribel Road and Plainview Road reopens in October 2026
• Terminal Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Townsend Avenue and Claribel Road

Codoni Lift Station

Project Status

Expected to be completed by October 2026.

Traffic Impacts

Periodic traffic control with lane shift and closures.

• Codoni Avenue between Leckron Road and Finch Road

Well Treatment and Flushline

Project Status

Expected to be completed by the end of July 2026.

Traffic Impacts

Traffic control in place, flaggers, lane, and sidewalk closures as needed.

• South Street in the community of Empire

Motorists are advised to drive slowly with caution and use alternate routes when possible.

Claus Road & Merle Avenue Roundabout

Project Status

Expected to be completed by February 2027.

Traffic Impacts

• Merle Avenue between Claus Road and Thomas Court will be closed to through traffic during construction.
  Residents within the closure area will continue to have access to and from their homes.
