Coming next week: 2026 Open Enrollment

The Open Enrollment (OE) period for 2026 is starting next week, running from Oct. 27-Nov. 24. This is the one time each year when you can make certain changes to your benefits, effective Jan. 1, 2026.

The OE benefit change event will arrive in your Workday inbox on Oct. 27. You will also want to open the Workday event to:

  • Review current elections
  • Make any desired changes, if applicable, and reach confirmation page reflecting your change
  • Address the spousal surcharge attestation if required
  • Confirm you wish to maintain the same medical, dental, or vision coverage for 2026
  • Enroll or re-enroll in an FSA, Limited FSA, or DCAP benefit for 2026 (these benefits requires re-enrollment each year and do not automatically roll forward)
  • Those in a UMP Plus plan must choose a new plan, or be defaulted to UMP Classic. UMP Plus will not be offered in 2026

If you do not review and submit your elections by the Nov. 24 deadline, you will remain in your current medical, dental, and vision plans, dependent coverage will remain the same, and if in an FSA, LFSA, or DCAP plan this year, you will not be automatically enrolled for next year.
