TechNet Welcomes Ninia Linero as Executive Director for Illinois and the Midwest

Washington, D.C. - TechNet, the national, bipartisan network of tech CEOs and senior executives, today announced the appointment of Ninia Linero as Executive Director for Illinois and the Midwest. Based in Chicago, Linero will oversee TechNet's state advocacy in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

"TechNet is thrilled to welcome Ninia to our industry-leading state team," said Linda Moore, TechNet's President and CEO. "As state legislatures continue to shape tech policy, Ninia's expertise and leadership will strengthen our advocacy and help us deliver meaningful results for our members."

"Her understanding of the legislative landscape and her ability to build strong coalitions will be invaluable as we continue to advocate for policies that foster innovation and economic growth across these six states."

Linero joins TechNet with a robust background in multi-state government affairs and strategic advocacy. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager of State Government Relations for ACT | The App Association, where she led lobbying and grassroots campaigns across all 50 states on legislation affecting tech stakeholders and app developers.

Linero currently serves on the Board of Directors for the State Government Affairs Council. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Advertising, and Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she was recognized with awards from the Milwaukee Press Club.
