Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 9, 2025, the board of directors of Monroe Capital Income Plus Corporation (the "Company") declared a distribution in the form of a dividend in the amount of $0.09 per share to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 15, 2025; a distribution in the form of a dividend in the amount of $0.09 per share to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 14, 2025; and a distribution in the form of a dividend in the amount of $0.09 per share to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 14, 2025. Each dividend will be paid to stockholders on March 31, 2025. The dividends represent an annualized dividend yield of approximately 10.4%. The annualized dividend yield was calculated by dividing the annualized declared dividends by the net asset value as of September 30, 2024.
