Moylan Launches Congressional Mobile Office to Expand Access to Federal Services Across Guam

(Hagåtña, Guam) - Congressman James Moylan has announced the opening of a Congressional Mobile Office, aimed at bringing federal constituent services directly into Guam's villages and communities.

The Mobile Office, currently stationed in Inalåhan, will provide residents with direct access to assistance involving federal agencies and programs, including veterans' benefits, Social Security, immigration matters, passport assistance, and other federal services. The initiative reflects the Congressman's continued effort to strengthen constituent outreach and ensure residents across the island can more easily access support from their congressional office.

"Your Congressional Office is coming to a village near you," said Congressman Moylan. "This is about showing up for our people, strengthening access to federal services, and making sure every person in our community knows they have a voice and a team ready to fight for them."

Congressman Moylan emphasized that the Mobile Office was created to help bridge accessibility gaps for residents who may face transportation challenges, scheduling barriers, or difficulty navigating federal systems.

Inalåhan Mayor Anthony Chargualaf underscored the importance of bringing these services directly into the community:

"When you're out there making a choice between buying a loaf of bread and putting gas in your car, bread becomes a priority. When you come from a community that's middle to low income, the convenience of having a mobile office here is definitely what we need to help support. Thank you for extending your office all the way out here," said Mayor Chargualaf.

The Congressman expressed gratitude to Mayor Chargualaf, Father Ron Pangan, community leaders, and residents whose support helped make the launch possible.

"Our team will be here on the ground-ready to listen, answer questions, and work directly with the community," Moylan said. "Our responsibility is to meet our constituents where they are and ensure help is accessible to everyone in our community."

The Congressional Mobile Office will operate Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with staff available to assist residents with federal casework and constituent services.

Additional information regarding future Mobile Office locations, schedules, and services will be shared through the Congressman's official platforms as the initiative continues to expand islandwide.
