Road Closure for Pavement Repair on Foothill Boulevard
Drivers should plan for delays up to 15 minutes on Foothill Boulevard from Los Osos Valley Road to the City of San Luis Obispo due to road repair work September 15-17, 2025.
SAN LUIS OBISPO - Drivers should plan for delays up to 15 minutes on Foothill Boulevard from Los Osos Valley Road to the City of San Luis Obispo due to road repair work September 15-17, 2025.
The County of San Luis Obispo Public Works Department will be completing pavement repairs along this stretch of Foothill Boulevard between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. each day. This roadwork will repair sections of pavement deterioration and maintain the pavement in a state of good repair.
Foothill Boulevard will have one-way traffic control with flaggers and pilot car, as needed, between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. for three days. Delays should not exceed 15 minutes. Please refer to map for location.
This road is among 1,100+ paved road miles in San Luis Obispo County. Recent inspections have found pavement deficiencies on this heavily travelled road. This work will be performed by R. Burke Corporation.
