FirstHealth Enhances Lee County Services with New Convenient Care, Clinic Relocations

SANFORD, N.C. - FirstHealth of the Carolinas is enhancing the way it serves patients in Lee County with the opening of a new Convenient Care clinic and expanding access to both primary care and occupational health services.

The changes take effect March 9, 2026, and reflect FirstHealth's ongoing commitment to growing with the community.

New FirstHealth Convenient Care in Sanford

FirstHealth's newest Convenient Care (103 Marketplace Drive, Suite 101) will begin seeing patients March 9, bringing together services previously provided at the Tramway Convenient Care and the Lee Campus off U.S. 1 into a brand-new, modern space with the latest equipment and the same trusted team. It's close by, too, located only half a mile south of the current Tramway location. The phone number is 919-897-2250.

Tramway Convenient Care Services and Hours

FirstHealth Convenient Care is available for urgent but non-life-threatening medical needs. Open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., we help fill the void between a true emergency and preventative care from a primary doctor.

Patients are provided with a one-stop option for unscheduled care by a medical team led by a board certified physician specializing in emergency medicine. From strep to sprains, flu to fractures and everything in between, Convenient Care can help you get in, get out and get better.

Primary Care Providers Move to New Locations

Kelli Tillman, FNP-C Relocates

The new FirstHealth location will also be home to FirstHealth Primary Care provider Kelli Tillman, FNP-C, who is relocating from FirstHealth's location on Horner Boulevard.

Beginning March 9, her new clinic phone number will be 919-617-0106, and the clinic will be located at 103 Marketplace Drive, Suite 102. The clinic will welcome an additional primary care provider later in 2026.

Dr. Vindya Jeyaretnam Moves to Beechtree Drive

Also on March 9, Vindya Jeyaretnam, D.O., will begin seeing patients both virtually and in person at the primary care clinic located at 2919 Beechtree Drive.

FirstHealth Expands Occupational Health Services in Lee County

FirstHealth's Occupational Health team will also move locations in March, relocating to the freestanding clinic space at 3110 S. Horner Boulevard, Sanford, NC 27332. The clinic phone number will be 919-925-0440 and our hours will shift to Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The new location will give employers and employees a dedicated environment built specifically for workplace health needs - from physical exams and injury care to wellness programs that keep the local workforce strong and supported.
