Kilpatrick represents local government clients, including cities, counties, and special districts, in all facets of litigation. Her experience includes handling construction-related disputes, civil rights matters, and the defense of personal injury claims. "Jamie has built a strong litigation practice delivering successful client outcomes, her experience across complex litigation matters and her steady advocacy make her an important asset to the firm and its clients," said JoLinda L. Kilpatrick is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida and Texas, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Northern District of Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and received her Juris Doctor from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
Kilpatrick is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and Clearwater Bar Association. She also serves as the President of The Friends of the Temple Terrace Library.
