Watro Appointed to Chair House Subcommittee

HARRISBURG - Rep. Dane Watro (R-Luzerne/Schuylkill) today announced his appointment to serve as the Republican chair of the Subcommittee on Cities under the Local Government Committee in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives during the 2025-26 Legislative Session.
"I am honored to have been chosen by Republican Local Government Committee Chairman Brett Miller (R-Lancaster) to serve in a leadership capacity with this subcommittee," said Watro. "I look forward to working with my colleagues on legislation related to important issues facing the Commonwealth's cities."
In addition to serving on the Local Government Committee, Watro is also a member of the Education, Insurance, Professional Licensure, and Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness committees.
