The Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration has created the Electronic Registry of Immigration Collaborators, under the State Secretariat for Migration, with the publication in the Official State Gazette (BOE) and entry into force of Order ISM/164/2026, of 2 March.
Collaborating entities can provide assistance to individuals interested in submitting applications for processing extraordinary regularisation.
The most representative trade unions at the national or regional level and non-profit organisations working in the fields of migration and international protection can register in this Registry. In the case of non-profit organisations, they must have been legally established for at least three years prior to the date of application for registration in the Registry.
All organisations must demonstrate at least two years of experience supporting foreign nationals in activities such as assistance, counselling, social integration, or administrative procedures for migrants. Furthermore, it is essential that they are up-to-date with their tax obligations and have no criminal record or sanctions.
Organisations and unions will compile a registry of individuals authorised to represent those interested in receiving support with their applications.
Immigration collaborators will provide free assistance to those interested in receiving help with immigration procedures.
The application for registration must be submitted electronically through the website of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration and addressed to the Directorate General for Migration Management. To register, organisations must submit documentation proving their legal representation, documentation demonstrating their experience in supporting and assisting foreign nationals, and a list of individuals authorised to act as representatives. Organisations must comply with personal data protection regulations.
Registration is valid for four years and is renewable for a further four years.
