NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

PLANNING COMMISSION

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2025 6:00 p.m.

The City of Ludington will hold public hearings on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the regular meeting of the Planning Commission at the Municipal Complex, 400 S. Harrison Street, Ludington. The purpose of the public hearings is to obtain citizens' views on:

936 E Ludington Avenue - Request for New Drive Thru Teller+ Unit to accompany a new 2,324 sq ft credit union on redeveloped Rite-Aid parcel

The Special Land Use and Site Plan Review Committee will meet on Friday, November 14th at 9:00 a.m. for an initial review of the request.

You may express your views on this matter in person at the public hearings, or written comments will be accepted by the Planning Department until 5:00 p.m. on December 10, 2025. Additional information can be obtained by contacting the Planning & Zoning Department at (231) 843-2956.
