Ferric Launches Fe1767 Newport IVR

Ferric, the leader in integrated voltage regulator technology, announced the launch of its latest innovation, Fe1767 Newport, a groundbreaking dual-sided Integrated Voltage Regulator (IVR) designed for AI and high-performance processors. Featuring a revolutionary vertical power delivery architecture, Newport delivers 145 A in just 49.8 mm², achieving 2.9 A/mm² current density and up to 90.5% efficiency. By shortening the power delivery path, Newport reduces power delivery network (PDN) impedance and transient voltage droop by up to 57% compared to traditional lateral power delivery, setting a new benchmark for high-performance power delivery in the AI era.
