The Denver Clerk & Recorder is moving all services from the Webb Building to its headquarters at 200 W. 14th Ave., Denver, CO 80204, beginning Dec. 29. This move centralizes services in one location, making it easier for constituents to access marriage licenses, land transaction recordings, deeds of trust, foreclosure services, and other legal filings.
Visitor Information
All visitors must pass through security. Once inside, Public Trustee and Recording services are located at the counters to the right.
As of this date, the Clerk & Recorder's office will remain open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. except for city holidays and weekends.
Why the move?
This relocation is constituent-focused, centralizing services in a single, convenient location. It is also a cost-saving measure, freeing space at the Webb building for other city agencies and reducing the need for third-party rentals.
Will services change?
No. All services will continue to be provided with the same hours and procedures as before.
The Denver Clerk & Recorder looks forward to welcoming constituents to the new headquarters and providing seamless access to essential services.
