Shooting Suspect Arrested For August 10 Gunfire at Dellway Villa Road Apartment Complex
A shooting suspect was arrested by TITANS Unit detectives on Monday for injuring a 23-year-old man on August 10th at a Dellway Villa Road apartment complex. Phillip Woodard, 38, a convicted felon, was seen on video surveillance with a pistol in each hand, using one to fire upon the victim.
Detectives located Woodard at a Dickerson Pike gas station on Monday with a loaded handgun in his vehicle and had marijuana and crack cocaine on him at the time of his arrest.
Woodard was charged with attempted homicide and reckless endangerment as well as multiple drug and gun offenses. He remains jailed today on $615,000 bond.
