Joy Wu Receives Women’s Leadership Award at Miaoli Corporate Sustainability Excellence Award

The inaugural Miaoli Corporate Sustainability Excellence Award ceremony was held on August 24. Joy Wu, Vice President of SINBON's Industrial BU, received the Women's Leadership Award in recognition of her long-standing contributions to business management, team leadership, and talent development. The award recognizes not only her individual achievements but also reflects SINBON's long-term commitment to developing talent and building strong teams.

Joy Wu began her career as a sales assistant and has since risen to become Vice President of the Industrial BU. With a background in the humanities, she started out in electronics sales and went on to take on roles as a Sales Engineer, Sales Manager, and Assistant Vice President. Through each role and new responsibility, she developed a deeper understanding of the industry, customers, and market, while steadily building her professional expertise and leadership capabilities. Over the years, she and her team have continued to expand the business, growing the Industrial BU from its early stages to more than NT$10 billion in annual revenue and establishing a presence across global markets.

This growth is about more than revenue. It reflects the trust built over the years through long-term relationships with customers, employees, and the market. With a clear sense of direction, Joy Wu leads her team while placing strong emphasis on talent development and organizational growth.
