The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests: CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Thunder Creek Gas Services, LLC to modify the Juniper North Compressor Station as follows: install one (1) TEG dehydration unit with capacity up to 1.2 MMscfd or less (DHY004), install one (1) 2.0 MMBtu/hr or less TEG reboiler(s) (HET004), install one (1) combustor for the TEG dehydrator control (FLR002), install one (1) produced water loading area (LUD002) and associated equipment, update emissions on 400 barrel (bbl) or less atmospheric produced water storage tank (TNK002), update emissions associated with rod packing vent emissions (VNT001), update emissions on fugitive emissions (FUG001) and remove one dehydrator (DHY003) and associated reboiler (HET001). The Juniper North Compressor Station is located in the NW¼ NE¼ of Section 22, T49N, R78W, approximately twenty-five (25) miles east-southeast of Buffalo, in Johnson County, Wyoming. For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F020717 and permit number P0039542 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Johnson County Library, Buffalo, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Johnson County Clerk's Office, Buffalo, Wyoming.
