Lowenstein Sandler represented BoldVoice, the AI-powered voice coaching platform for non-native English speakers, in its $21 million Series A round led by Matrix. The round also included participation from Flybridge, Xfund, Corazon Capital, Alumni Ventures, Umami Capital, and Y Combinator.
BoldVoice intends to use the funding to accelerate global expansion and support the development of new AI-powered coaching capabilities and proprietary speech models. The platform surpassed five million downloads and $10 million annual recurring revenue, serving professionals in over 150 countries.
BoldVoice strives to break barriers non-native English speakers face in professional settings by helping non-native English professionals improve their speech clarity with real-time pronunciation feedback and guided coaching.
The Lowenstein team included Abraham J. Kwon, DeVon M. Barnett, Stephanie Stephenson, and Misheel Boldbaatar.
