Stream Realty Partners Announces Appointment of Damien Matherne as Chief Financial Officer
DALLAS - June 23, 2026 - Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces the appointment of seasoned executive Damien Matherne as Chief Financial Officer.
Based in Stream's Dallas headquarters, Matherne will oversee corporate accounting, treasury and cash management, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and enterprise financial systems as Chief Financial Officer. He will work closely with Stream's executive leadership team to continue to strengthen the firm's financial infrastructure and support continued growth across its national platform.

Matherne joins Stream from Clean Scapes, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. With more than 30 years of financial leadership experience, he has built and led finance and accounting organizations across multiple industries, developing deep expertise in corporate accounting, treasury management, financial planning and analysis, operational strategy, and enterprise systems implementation. He is recognized for building high-performing teams and creating financial frameworks that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
