Last chance for tenants to have say on rent

Last chance for tenants to have say on rent

Posted on : 23 Sep 2025 Council tenants in the Caerphilly borough are being reminded to give their views on their rent and whether they think it is affordable. Caerphilly Homes, the Council's housing division, is asking tenants to do this by completing a survey. Feedback will be used by the Council when deciding on rent charges for 2026 and to understand how tenants can be helped in the future. The survey can be found online at Caerphilly Homes: Your Rent - Your Views 2025 | The Caerphilly Conversation; it will end on 30 September. Everyone who takes part will be entered into a prize draw where one person will win £150 in shopping vouchers and another three people will win £60. Anyone unable to complete the survey online or who requires assistance can contact the council's Tenant and Community Involvement Team on 01443 811433 / 811434 or by emailing [email protected].
