外国為替及び外国貿易法違反企業に対して警告を行いました

経済産業省は、本日、株式会社レッドバロン（法人番号7180301002266）に対し、厳正な輸出管理を求めることを主な内容とする警告を行いました。

1．事案の概要

株式会社レッドバロンは、2022年から2024年にかけて、ロシアへの輸出が規制されているバイクを、経済産業大臣の承認を受けることなくロシアに輸出しました。

2．当省の対応

本日、貿易経済安全保障局長名により、株式会社レッドバロンに対し、今後、貿易関連法規に対する理解を深め、厳正な輸出管理を実施するよう厳重に注意喚起するとともに、再発防止のため輸出管理方法の明確化及び法令遵守の徹底を求める警告を行いました。
