HANNIBAL - Eastbound I-70, near Stracks Church Road in Warren County, is reduced to one lane due to a vehicle incident. This area will remain restricted to ONE LANE after the incident is cleared in order to make modifications to the work zone. The duration of the one lane condition is unknown.
