Bringing together Delphi, Delco Remy, and Hartridge, the company will demonstrate how independent workshops can unlock new repair opportunities while navigating growing vehicle complexity.

At Hall 4.0, Booth D51, visitors will explore a portfolio defined by industry-leading coverage, rapid new-to-range expansion, and proven product reliability. This will be complemented by live demonstrations at the Delphi Technical Van in the Experience Park, showcasing real-world scenarios designed to help independent workshops expand service capabilities and build technical confidence. PHINIA will also be represented by a team of global aftermarket experts, providing customers and media with insights and market expertise from the different regions where the company is located.

  • The Delphi Professional+ brake pads range for light commercial vehicles are engineered for higher loads and demanding duty cycles. The range delivers an average of 40% greater durability, reducing replacement frequency and maximizing uptime. Integrated shims improve comfort and noise performance, and fitment grease included with every pad set supports correct installation. The Professional+ premium product line is also available in North America, featuring steering and suspension components engineered for harsh operating environments and demanding duty cycles. The range delivers dependable performance and long-lasting durability, helping reduce maintenance frequency and maximize uptime.
  • An expanded vehicle electronics offering builds upon the successful introduction of NOx sensors with additional launches including ride height level sensors, GDi sensors, and liquid fuel pressure sensors.
  • In heavy-duty applications, the MDEG pump repair program introduces the DFP5 repair solution for high-pressure truck systems. This now covers more than 400,000 vehicles in EMEA and supports sustainable servicing of Euro 6 common rail engines.
  • Delphi also boasts advanced cataloguing and data capabilities, including Premier TecAlliance Supplier status, expanded cross-referencing, and 360°imagery to improve product identification.
