CrimeStoppers: Cruelty to Animal Suspect Wanted

CrimeStoppers, the Honolulu Police Department and the Hawaiian Humane Society are seeking the public's assistance in identifying a female suspect who is wanted for a Cruelty to Animal in the Second Degree case that happened on Upai Street in the Waipahu area.

On Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at approximately 7:53 a.m., an unknown female was captured on video surveillance hitting a dog numerous times.
