FTC Commissioner Pham sits down with Professor Comizio for a Fireside Chat on 'Commodities Regulation in the 21st Century'

On September 26, 2024, as part of its Great Speaker Series, the Business Law Program (BLP) co-hosted with the BLP's Digital Asset Law Project an interview with the Honorable Caroline D. Pham, Commissioner, U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, titled "Commodities Regulation in the 21st Century - A Fireside Chat With U.S. CFTC Commissioner Pham on the Cutting Edge Issues - And Challenges - In the Regulation of the Commodities Markets, Futures, Bitcoin and More.

Moderated by Professor Jerry Comizio, Commissioner Pham provided her knowledge and insights on a wide range of topics, including a discussion of the mission of the CFTC, the historic context of commodities regulation, cutting-edge commodity and digital asset legal, regulatory and policy issues, as well as her career journey.
